We hear about problems,

All over our world,

How there are 

bombings,

shootings,

And deaths allured. 

What people forget,

Is how this all began,

With hatred that came,

before you and me

before our parents

and theirs.

It all began with 

power hungry man,

looking for an answer,

to change my world,

I must change me.

I must find myself, 

in my art,

writing,

love,

pain.

I must change me,

before i change ANYTHING, 

Or patterns will repeat,

pain will continue,

and nothing will change.

I will change me.
