It leaves the pulpit frantic

Romans 14:12 New King James Version (NKJV)

12 So then each of us shall give an account of himself to God.

The age of accountability has finally moved by

It left California long ago and is moving towards the Atlantic

No more possibility to stop its deafening grind

as it pulverizes old John Doe and leaves the pulpit frantic

How can a few states in depravity have so much influence?

How can all the rest of the nation swallow all of this?

Boston and New York drowning in their own substance

to make conservatives feeble preserved in a deadly kiss

We really never sold out we were just being traded

We never had a say-so after our 1st so compromising

We’re bottomed out as everything seems faded

We know this to be a lie or so and move into despising
