Introvert Silence

You've given me a chance to speak my mind,

release it from its fearful bind,

but silence silence it rings so loud,

my dreams so lonely in this large extrovert crow,

over and over I try to make myself speak,

but instead my back bends I stare at my feet,

but what is communication?

Is it only words,

something when spoken can be audibly heard?

Why not the feelings that go unspoken,

give me a chance,

stick around,

insert your token...

A token into my machine,

I'll hopefully grind out a message that you can receive,

"I'm an introvert and that's perfectly okay,

I hope that though I'm silent, you can love me and the feelings I convey."
