If you are Caucasian, Asian, or of Middle Eastern persuasion

everyone wants to be black for the occasion

You wear saggy jeans and you come off like this

Do you really know what its like to be black and dissed

You say "What's up cuz" and you pimp out your ride

But do you know what it feels to have black pride

You talk with "swaga" and you drop it like its hot

But cops dont pull you over

cuz they profilen' cuz you aint' black like me

You not

Have you been through the struggle?

Can you feel the pain?

At night when you sleep, Do you pray to God that tomorrow wont be the same

FOr you see Blacks are educated, motvated and stimulated

because they know their people died for them

We came a ong way baby or so they say

But they still lynch us and hiss us

and we got a Black President Today

So why do you want to be black in today's society with all the-

negativity, poverty, and un-equality that comes with the color of black skin

Everyone wants to be black but no one wnats to be black

So how will it all end.
