Imagine All You Can Do

Traveling without moving,

Talking without speaking,

Going to another world with the book you are peeking.

No matter where you are,

No matter where you go,

Reading can take you anywhere,

All you have to do is know

That you can go wherever you want,

No matter the time of day,

And stay however long you wish to stay.

If you wish to be a detective,

Or a princess or a prince,

Or a fairy or an astronaut,

Or a vampire or a sphinx,

Or the hero of the story,

Or the villain in the end,

Take a walk through these pages,

And to your dreams you shall ascend.

There is no limit to exploration,

An infinite landscape to explore,

So many people and creature to meet,

So many to adore.

So next time you're feeling lonely,

Just pick up a book,

I'm sure you'll be glad,

Once you take a look.
