Imagination

Imagination

The thing kids use to see anew

To separate them from a world of blue

Imagination

It's what artists use to draw

Scenery like woods or a mall

Imagination

The thing movie writers use from days old

That gets people in to shower them with gold

Imagination

Authors write words from the mind

That makes movies so behind

Imagination

Is the thing that makes my mind go

Either if I’m writing something so low

Imagination

The thing I use after watching movies, genres blend

When I think of different ways for it to end

Imagination

Is my downfall that makes me see clearly

Even though I’m separated from the world blindly

Imagination

The thing I use to let me think different

So I can send past to the cement

Imagination

Longing future when I pray

That soon I could fly away

Imagination

The wings of a new place

From the world that’s such a disgrace

Imagination

The thing that makes my mind tick

Nothing comes to cloud my mind sick

Imagination

The way to speak my mind through words

On paper, through art that makes me soar

Imagination

The thing I use to write stories

When I need a vacation from life movies

Imagination

The most beautiful thing in the world

The thing that makes my mind tick
