I'm pretty

I'm fat when you call me fat?

I'm anorexic because I'm really skinny?

I'm ugly because I'm not your ideal type?

Who are you to judge me?

I'm judged by my appearance in a place I should feel safe.

Longing to feel secure

Where is my safe place?

I'm pretty.

I'm pretty because I want to believe I'm pretty.

I'm pretty because I am pretty.

I'm pretty even though I'm fat.

I'm pretty even though I'm skinny.

I'm pretty when I'm somewhere in between.

I hurt when you judge my body.

Can you stop comparing me to her.

Yes she is very pretty.

But look at me

I'm pretty.
