People are like songs on the radio

Two kinds:

Those, that make you see reality and truth

And those that are just noise, 

meaningless, judgmental, and destructive

The world: filled with harsh words, intolerance, and hate

We need people like truth speaking songs

Making you identify with the need for change and peace

Not those which throw sticks and stones

I wish I got to meet more good songs on the radio

And less violent ones...

But after every rain storm is a sunshine

And after every act is an encore

I will be that encore

Create peace

Defeat the noise

And develop the acclaimed ballads

I am a good song on the radio

The one you want to play over and over again

The one you dance to when no ones watching

Be the song you want to be

Don't be demeaning and judgmental

Be the song that lifts others when thrown down

Be the song that makes others smile

Everyone is a song

But what makes a song special

Is the meaning in its lyrics

Have meaning in your lyrics
