If I could change anything

You have to trust me I would

But I don’t know what I’d change

So I leave it to the Lord

 

Plans of the timeless Being

I trust in them like I should

This may seem extremely strange

This poem may not strike the chord

 

But this verse comes from the heart

I don’t know where I would start

If I tried to change the world

 

The flowers are now in bloom

The lyrics by now strike home

Joy in all places I look

I don’t know what I would change

 

Yet evil, and waiting tomb

Can’t wait to see the pure dome

Till then I’m lost in a book

And don’t know what I would change
