I Like What I See: #NoFilter

I look in the mirror and what do I see

A person I do not always recognize looking at me

However, people at school only make this feeling worse

They use their words to destroy me, all their words just hurt

 

But their words mean nothing, just pointless banter

Now that I know the meaning of #NoFilter

 

#NoFilter is not just a phrase

But a method for how to live life unfazed

Unfazed by all the people who ever did you wrong

Knowing how to be yourself and always to be strong

 

Always be confident, Always be true

Never be someone else, always be you

Show off your flaws, let yourself shine

Just be yourself, because being you is divine
