When friends say my name
When I'm feeling enlightened
When people scream, "Same!"

I smile
When I listen to music
Read a BuzzFeed story
Or share a cool pic

I smile when I'm recording video
Sing in choir
Or am onstage for a show

I smile when I see my cat chase his tail
And when I eat chocolate
I smile without fail

For many things my lips will turn up
Wearing a cute outfit
Or talk a whole lot

In general, I try never to frown
For life is too good to ever be down
