I Mean It .

Kiss me like you mean it. Kiss me like the wind sailing through the tides of abandon shipsDrunken and driven going wild, Like a captain trying to find shift.Kiss me like you seen it. Kiss me like it was your last breath ,and you seen death and but you weren’t afraid ,you walked right up to her face then walked away , tilted your hat and said not today .Just to get next to me ,Just to get close to meJUST TO GET CLOSER to me . Kiss me like you mean it .Like if (tomorrow ) ends and the letters fall from her nameLeaving you with Tom without his jerry to chase.Hold me like you mean it . Please ...Daddy...Please ,Please....Tighter than tight ,Like if we went against them allReady for war, Your strength would be mightier than a thousand lions roar .Taste me like you mean it, like the guard came in to give youYour last supper and i am the very last piece of cornbreadHolding me until my last name changes and we become an unchanging ,tangible ,extension, like this is the last phase .Hold me, like we are in our last days !Look me in the eyes, like you mean it ,For they are ALL I need for now..I mean it . Poetry by : Shaku WritesAuthor : Shoco Plowright
