I Look To The Sky

I look to the sky
And wonder where I'll be
Will I still be alive in ten or two years?
Will I ever learn to face my fears?
"Go on" the voice in my head says
I look to the sky
Then plummet to the ground
My emotions flood from there horrid bond
My emotions free, but can they save me now?
I close my eyes and a chill runs through my spine
Everything stops!
As if placed in neatly stitched twine
My mind reacts
And my eyes spring open
Is this the end my life will face?
Only I can undo the tracks I've embraced
I chase the wind I have left behind
Time reversed but plays in my mind
I can feel the bond connect once more
I try my best to remember this record
I return to my feet
"Go on" the voice in my head says
I look to the sky
Then plummet to the ground
