I am the clutter
the clutter that sits in my house
the mail that piles up in the kitchen
along with the rotting bananas hanging on the hook
often overlooked, forgotten, and misplaced.
I am the dice
not needed there is a game
carelessly passed and throw around
to help or hold back the players of the game
just thrown around for different results.
I am the book
open on the counter
skimmed over by curious eyes
but rarely ever read.
