through my ups and downs

even if i don't go to the next round
doesn't mean my poetry is less
doesn't mean i'm better than poets
best believe other poets are not better than me

i am a champion
through triumph and defeat

i am a champion
no matter what happens
or what the outcome is
i will always forever be a champion
