I Am More.

I am more. I am more than what I do, I am more than the way I feel.

I am more than the lack of ability I have to get out of bed.

I am more than the effort I haven't put in for my life.

I am more than a relationship I let consume my career and future.

I gave more to someone I molded my soul around than I gave to myself.

I let it hold me hostage and I allowed it to give me less.

I bring color to a room. I find song in the silence.

When the air feels dead, I use it for art. I am more than what I have been.

I am more than scars and tears and my mother. I am more than my co-dependance.

I don't know who I'll become, but I'll have a New York educationin 4 months

and that's more than I can say for the past 2 years.

I am more than my depression. I am more than my lost heart.

I don't entirely know who I am yet, but I am more.
