How a Song Starts

The case revealed three shining silver parts

Inviting the owner's touch; waiting to be put together.

The first sound sitting inside it, anticipating the beginning breathes of life.

Suddenly it feels the connections being made;

Fingers warming its cool keys, soothing its needs,

As a fresh song flows through it:

A flute.
