The Hope

I think we as humans sometimes forget to look at the good. We assume just because a boy is from the hood he is up to wrong, or that a rich kid vocalist would be so spoiled he would have someone sing for him his own song. And we stereotype and stereotype, where is the Hope? Where is the need, the want, the necessity to grasp confidence and say nope, I see the way for something better. When we put Hope into the situation there is no room for never. Hope is an unquenchable fire with faith as it's match lever. Let it loose and it changes the hopeless into the Hopeful endeavor, and I say this because It has changed me. Eyes changed from darkness to light-filled clarity and there's no going back. Cause Hope has helped me achieve things that my skills say I lack. Showing me that obstacles are just challenges that help to make me better. As I once lived life on jv now I have my varsity H letter. Playing the game of life instead of letting life play me. As to be hopeful is a choice, a path, a chance to be. Never a stereotype but instead a light ever fueled by Hope shining in society.
