I was sitting there screaming inside
I felt so alone, like I was being pushed around
By the oceans tides.
I couldn’t even make a sound.
I needed an outlet for my escape
As it offered no true freedom.
Like you’re given just a taste.
I could still hear his remarks, I was dumb.
I was pushed down the slopes
But this offered my true hope.
