home

home

a house

separated by nature

walls on all sides

no sidewalks no neighborhood

kids

no one to hear you yell

which is good because if they heard, they’d send cops to come take you away for being bad

no where to hide from the

poltergeist that is seeped in the walls

that sends rage flying down the

hall to your room under the

keyboard where you hide until it

reaches out and twists your arm

                          never leaving a mark

spit flying on your face

ungrateful

spoiled

bitch

know-it-all

you should be thankful

over your head we give you

a house

home
