Here’s what I deserve
I deserve someone who will tell me I’m beautiful
I deserve someone who constantly shows me how special I am compared to everyone else 
I deserve someone who will surprise me with flowers or lunch or tiny gifts 
Just because I would do the same for them.
I deserve someone who will randomly text me during the day saying something sweet and genuine 
I deserve someone who will make me laugh
Hard
Because they know how much I love stupid jokes and how much I secretly do not hate being tickled and how laughing is my way of functioning on a daily basis
Here’s what I deserve
I deserve someone who will understand that I like to make my own decisions
I deserve someone who will support me in those decisions
Despite how wrong I may be
I deserve someone who will be there at the end result anyway
And comforting me because “I told you so” will only make me mad.
I deserve someone who will go out of their way to make me smile
Who will jump through hoops and make things perfect
Just because I would do the same for them.
I deserve someone who knows how to fix a problem after a fight
I deserve someone who cares more about the relationship than their pride
I deserve someone who can forgive
I deserve someone who will be open to me
Because I am an open book and I fucking love intimacy.
Here’s what I deserve
I deserve someone who can put up with my attitude
I deserve someone who knows how to play around and knows when to be serious
I deserve someone who trusts me.
I deserve someone I can trust with my heart
My body my mind my soul
My secrets my thoughts my fears my dreams 
Someone who would only lie to me when it involves surprises.
Just because I would do the same for them.
I deserve to be showered with gifts and kisses and hugs
I deserve to be held from behind
I deserve someone I can count on.
I deserve to be pampered
I deserve someone who will dance with me and watch the stars.
I’ve always been the one giving more.
I’ve always been the one doing more.
I’ve always been the one going out of my way.
It’s my turn to be prioritized too.
