Her Gay Prayer

Forgive me Father,

For I have sinned.

For being attracted to women,

For having feelings for them from within.

But sometimes, I can't help it.

You created us creatures beyond beautifully,

That when I like one,

My heart does flips and could skip beats.

I mean,

I'm seventeen.

With a whole life ahead of me,

But maybe,

One day she might just make me happy,

Happy enough to invest in something more,

Happy enough to not only invest in her heart,

But to invest in something that's been A1 from the start.

I'm not saying our love will be perfect,

But I'll make sure it's written in the stars.

So many stars to make gorgeous constellations,

Representing our relationship,

And her pretty honey kissed complexion,

Hopefully I meet all of her expectations,

Well most of them,

And all of the above,

Because I want this to be something beyond love.

I want people to accept us,

And know that this isn't just a thing from lust.

Forgive me Father,

For I have sinned.

As your daughter,

I pray that you love me for me,

And to not judge me,

Amen.
