Change is something difficult, Not something that can be done in a day, you must work hard to get where we wants to be, for me it's to be healthy, not skinny but thin, not lighter but stronger, someone that I'd be proud of when I see how far I've gotten, it's a cycle of trying and falling and giving up then getting back on our feet, but if you never try you won't be able to discover your potential as a person, all you have to do is try, and that's the change is want to do, change for the better, change cause your capable, change to be a happier, healthier you.
