Healing

 

Malachi 4:2 

2 But for you who respect my name, the sun of vindication will rise with healing wings,

and you will skip about like calves released from the stall.

 

Cure through medicine rests on the natural

healing by the Lord on the supernatural.

Does one in using medicine trust only in man

and in the second ... on faith as factual?

 

But does not all healing come from God?

Does not He decide who lives?

Is there not a time-line for every one?

For the one who takes and for the one who gives?

 

If your hope is pinned ... solely on medicine

instead of the power of God ... it’s medicine you trust

As you struggle with your health ... disappointment will come

for this is like mixing up ... love with desire and lust.

 

Will God lead us to medicine ... doesn’t He supply doctors?

But what about the ones ... who kill children in the womb?

Are spices, herbs, and fruit ... much different from medicine?

Surely dependence on these ... is well understood.

 

Is trusting than on medicine ... not depending on God purpose?

So it’s reasonable to thank God for healing through His provisions

Which God made long ago ... when he put all things in motion

to work together for good ... for all and surely reborn Christian?

 

Matthew 6:25 

Do Not Worry

25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink,

or about your body, what you will wear. Isn’t there more to life than food and more to the body than clothing?

 

 

If healing was the only objective or purpose of sickness

possibly the cure through medicine would make it all complete.

But to await His Way and Time in quietness before the Lord,

then the Spirit of Healing ... is the Spirit of Holiness in deed.

 

We do not need to be delivered from sickness but from self.

What we lack is not healing ... but Holiness itself.

The Lord has simply written: “Be not anxious about your life”

and what God wants to accomplish ... is for you to be whole and well.

 

Natural ways of healing should be always the first option.

Don’t reach for a bottle of pills ... unless there is a deep need.

Agree with God’s purpose ... for you to have discomfort

and don’t mind to suffer ... if it is with God’s speed.

 

Always be attentive ... to the simple needs.

Always keep priorities ... in proper perspective.

The use of nutrients ... is not contradictive

to faith or dependence on God ...  or non-effective.

 

Is health more profitable than sickness ... if it easier

to forsake wickedness... when feeling sick and weak?

In sickness to be “holy” ... and in health to be worldly

seems to be the rule of thumb ... which one would you rather be?

 

It is less troublesome to be godly ... when you are sick

with inactivity and suffering ... one draws nearer to God.

Is the view of sickness to be ... the enzyme of spiritual growth

but if Holiness hinges on sickness ... how in duties to glorify God?

 

To endure suffering is good ... but it is even better

to obey the Lord, our God ... when in full strength.

He who is healed by God ... glorifies Him more

then he who is always sick ... and that to any length.
