Head down on the desk

Location

Head down on the desk as the people around judge by what they see. The day she came along an held my hand I was ready for a change. Broken and beaten to the core I let everything take me down a dark road. Sat in all my corners. Away from what I truley needed. Friendship. I didn't know how to love myself.. And forgive others, Yet this little girl that they have seen has blossumend into a young women. I see the crooks and theives but protected by these bairiers. They have jumped in and taken me under wings that I've needed. I'm beautiful weather or not the tormentors could see past my mask. Dark rooms have disappeared. Now here I stand in the rain under the most beautiful rainbow.
