Hard Ball

Heart beats

extra two beats

every time I see her face,

She a goddess,

Not just being moddest,

Mouth drops fifteen inches

even when I'm fifteen inches away

Attached, every day I come to school to see your face,

My heart can't believe

I can't get it back,

Stolen by an angel,

And Aliyah won't even give it back,

Is it that necessary

To play mind games,

'Cause baby if this was the other way around,

I wouldn't do the same,

Keep it straight forward

Wouldn't dare mislead you,

But you doing this to me

like my heart is see-through,

Why do you play hard ball,

hit home runs inside my ball park,

Why do you play hard ball,
