Happiness

Summertime

Naptime

Lazy Afternoons

Lunchtime

Key lime

Coconut macaroons

Things that make me happy-

there's too many for me to count:

trom basking in the new spring sun

to standing on a mount;

Accomplishing something greater

than I ever could've dreamed;

seeing something shine

that never could've gleamed.

The world is such a terrible place

I know this much is true,

but I wish you could see it the way I do,

I'd bet you'd enjoy the view-

After every storm, the sun comes out,

and there's a flower for every weed;

the worst people have good in them,

you just have to see their need.

Be with the ones who make you happy

don't let the negative bring you down.

Always try to make others smile,

the world doesnt' need another frown.

Sometimes the good is hard to see-

but it is always there,

even in a far off place.

Hope won't leave you bare.

The world could be broke, falling apart-

but you could be happy with this secret I know.

It's always been inside you, right in your heart:

the secret, my friend, the secret is hope.
