6 And he was amazed because of their unbelief. Then he went around among the villages and taught.

Goodwill

"Peace on earth goodwill to man": now dreams of yesteryear

Forced now on us by governments with unbelieving hearts

Who is first in second birth and who is able to shed a tear?

Formed in imposed moments there to be kept till we depart

Two thousand years of opportunities here and still going backward

We want to prove to know the better and so ignoring facts of history

Growing more in unbelief to everyone’s relief with power to go forward

Bypassing God’s letters in “His Living Word” in our search to be free

Silent-time faking the find of disaster close by the door

Expecting quick rewards without any effort given

Stretching a hand showing it can’t receive what it’s hoping for

Almost like a house of cards falling apart by simple "unforgiving"
