Grief
Grief can be similar to air.
Always there, yet it seems to be taken away from us at points.
Sometimes we need to stop and catch our breath,
and that’s okay.
Sometimes all of it will hit at once,
bwcoming difficult to control,
and that’s okay.
It can be overwhelming like a strong wind.
All we can do is learn how to control it.
All we can do is fight the heavy gust of wind that blows.
