Graduation Day

Hearts pounding,

Palms sweating,

Stomachs turning,

Pomp and Circumstance fills

The air with the familiar tones and melodies

Of futures being brought to life

Right before our eyes.

Four years later,

That's 48 months

208 weeks

1,460 days

And we are marching our first

Clumsy steps into reality,

Accepting the scroll declaring

That our future is now present,

And this is it.

We made it.

To the graduating class of 2015,

To the bright futures ahead,

And to all endeavors that await us.
