Golden Rule

Institutions are a model train set
of the politicians and their supporters.
The only thing that seems right to me
is to follow the golden rule.
In a society of mass shootings and
racial injustice, that is the only
thing that matters,
is how I treat my neighbor,
or my enemy.
The rest is anxiety ridden

This poem is about:
Me
My community
My country
Our world
