Go Hard!

Location

Since the day I was born, my father new I was special.

He always poured into me and made sure I did everything right.

Day in and day out he worked and worked till it was night.

He never cried, never seemed tired, although I knew he was.

I was the one always happy and satified but its because,

I was the son he had always wanted.

When I became a young adult and started doing things on my own.

My dad became tougher on me because he knew I was grown.

He knew the world was tough, that I would never get a break.

But it was becuase of him I am who I am today.

Even when the skies were gray or when I felt locked away.

He would pick me up and tell me:

Go Hard! Go Hard son! You will be great at everything you do.

From the day you were born I knew,

I was blessed to have a son like you.
