Ghosts of the Past, Don't Haunt Me.

Mon, 09/29/2014 - 11:43 -- Ines_.
How I exhaust the soul
From loving so harshly another
How can I, by myself alone,
Please someone so tempting as you?
With eyes that hide your cold heart,
Once looked at me so warmly.

Where have you gone, my sweetheart?
Has the world so chillingly stolen your soul?
The compensation was to steal mine, was it not?
How sad I was to let thee go...
Forevermore.
