from plants-

it’s clear now.

Soon, few will know

of the Earth as it once was- bewitching.

 

Man takes without giving back to its founder.

It was never

meant to be.

It’s just...

sad.

 

Flee.

It’s what

they’ve planned.

Favor our faults,

shown by the scraps and threads we simply miss.

 

I’ve heard we come from dust, and we’ll return

to particles,

meaningless,

but they

lied.
