Friend or foe (conditional friendship)

Location

How could you claim to have always been there
When you left and our friendship disappeared
And then when I need you, you are elsewhere?
And before I know it, we're in despair
The damage is done, we cannot repair
We must look past it, we have to move on
What once was, cannot be, I do not care
I'm  not the same person to rely on
Feigned to believe to have a better end
True friends, through thick and thin are always there
So on, looking forward to our amends
Farewell good friend, always were unaware
And that is all you deserve in the end
So cheers for being one of my worst friends
