Free Mind

Location

I've learned to enjoy these walks alone
Breathing in the cool, crisp Autumn air.
With each breath I am renewed.
Alone with my thoughts I realize
How beautiful the leaves are,
How majestic the trees are,
And how elegant the seasons are-
Changing oh so subtly
So that we may take time to realize
And appreciate the beauty around us.
I am not lonely on these walks alone
For mother nature surrounds me,
God walks with me,
And the breath of life fills me:
Inhaling peace,
Exhaling serenity.
