Found Ones

Sun, 03/15/2020 - 22:11 -- jaco1

I found the ones I really admire

The ones that honestly inspire

me to be the best me I could be

and free myself from dangerous Iniquities.

Negativity shunned me from doing great

I suffered so much from a thing called hate,

but love is ever present in my system

and everday I rise against Him,

the one that hates all my joy

and the one who treats misery as a toy.

And I know I should forgive him for his trespasses

But his disdain for me acts as his chassis.

Still I remain thankful for my good moments

Because he can't ruin everything, even with his torment.

I rise against him regardless of the day;

my power remains strong and will never give way.

The ones that I found know that too.

So many times they help me push through.

I may have lost ones,

but trust and believe I also found some.
