Forlornness does not come with Ease

Forlornness does not—come with Ease—

So many sad—Faces,

I could not come to Terms with Death;

Therefore, I felt Nothing.

My honest Lack—of Emotion—

Made me feel more—Detached.

I wished to Join—the Atmosphere.

One tear, two tears, three More.

Why am I—Forcing—my Distress?

Perhaps, my Soul cannot feel,

And—Finally the—tears were Real.

I must have cared— too Late.
