Forever girl

So imagine the relief I felt

When I found my forever

In the midst of all the temporary

I have so much love for her

Too much, in fact

It's more love than my heart can carry

I want to see her hair turn gray

Her smooth skin stretch to wrinkles

I want to see how she ages with grace

To hold her hand through the bad

To lay my head on her chest

To always feel her here in my embrace

My favorite girl

My moon and sun

My only one

Oh she's my forever girl, alright
