Fresh food, hot food, cold food,

They are all so appetizing,

Meals are food for the human body,

But too much food will make you vomit,

Knowledge is your mind's food,

And knowledge is power,

Meditating is your spirit's food,

Let us not waste this,

Let us be thankful,

Let us eat nutritious and healthy,

Sometimes,

Let us remember thoughts are your brain's food, 

And let us live longer and flourish while eating this food.
