Flawlessly Flawed

Location

When I sleep, I dream.

When I wake, I stumble.

In the summer, I work.

In the winter, I cuddle.

Listening to music, I am the lead singer.

Watching a movie, I'm running for my life.

Playing video-games, I'm fighting for my princess.

Reading a book, I'm crying for my friends.

When I fall, I bleed.

When I bleed, I scream.

When I scream, I heal.

When I heal, I'm better.

Everyone has had that teddy,

That teddy who's gone through so much,

Ears torn, eyes gouged, legs gone, and all else.

But think about it.

That teddy has gone trough so much,

And it continuous to, but it's bounced back,

That teddy is better than ever, everyone loves a fighter,

Even with all their scars.

I am flawless, because I am flawed.

I've been hurt, mentally and physically,

But i know I'm better than that,

Because I know nobody is flawless.

You can strive to be flawless,

but you never will be,

because there's only one way to be,

and that is to be flawed.
