Flawless

"Flawless: without any blemishes or imperfections; perfect."

While I may not be the dictionary definition of flawless, I am perfect in my own way.

I am confident, consisting of 100% sass, class, and, of course, smart ass.

"Feminist: the person who believes in the social, political, and economic equality of the sexes."

I may not be completely perfect, but my advocation for feminism is one of the many things that make me flawless. I thrive off of supporting female superiority, equal rights, and our well-deserved freedom, and for that, I am flawless.

"We teach girls to shrink themselves, to make themselves smaller, we say to girls, 'You can have ambition, but not too much. You should aim to be successful, but not too successful, otherwise you will threaten the man.'"

I am flawless because I defy these standards. I refuse to fit the role of a "perfect housewife," nor do I ever expect to be thought of as inferior; in fact, I want to be nothing less than a confident, kick ass woman, who is the most successful person she can be.

I am flawless because I make independence look easy, and let me tell you, independence is the new kind of beautiful. I "don't need no man," and no matter how many obstacles I face, I never give up.

I am flawless because I am filled with optimism, positivity, and hope. Beauty comes from within, and I live to let mine shine through.

I am flawless, and I would not have it any other way.
