Ecclesiastes 2:13

13 I realized that wisdom is preferable to folly,
just as light is preferable to darkness:

Turned the light on at 4 am ... the night was suddenly broken

Two little birds in a cage suddenly came to life

They started to eat and drink and arguing with one another

They must have thought the day was here inviting ongoing strife

Is it not amazing that artificial light

Beguiles so many to think they’re children of the day?

Mislead to the core believing to be right

Trying to change everyone to follow in their way

In a world filled with intelligence where self-made is an idol

To be worshipped in the night with one’s full devotion

Building partitions with flawed ignorance to restrict life’s flow

To understand between right and wrong simply through emotion
