Fire

Location

A penchant burns inside.
Temptation eats at her mind.
The what ifs and whys sit on the rim of her lips.
Memories serve as the confidence that appears in the curve of her smile and the sway of her hips.
Thoughts of what could be, send chills down her spine.
Feelings unknown rustle up ancient butterflies.
What’s got her like this?
Is there even a hint?
Whatever it is, it’s in genius disguise.
Her phantom has become her deepest desire.
