All for that one perfect picture...

We draw the eyeliner, erase it, and redraw over again countless times,

Take our index fingers and rub them over the lids of our eyes so that the eye shadow won't be too strong

We have to have pounds of enough of this makeup stuff on just so that it looks as if we're not even wearing any

Duck lips

Big smile

Lost, serious-faced gaze, looking into any space but the camera itself

After taking a collage of 57 diffrent pictures filled with these different positions

We see that 1 selife, 

That 1 selfie that makes us feel as if we are absolutely, flawlessly beautiful

We wait for the likes to biuld up from 11 to 34 to 100 or more

Meanwhile the likers; 

"Gosh! that girl is beautiful"

"Dain this girl looks good!"

But then they'll keep scroling and forget all about that picture within less than 12 seconds

But what about the day to day face you wear without any makeup, how many likes do get on THAT face

I went from wearing makeup almost everyday of school to never wearing it any days at all unless it's a special occassion/holiday.

I've learned that my day to day smiling and laughing and love for other people is what makes me gain over a 100 likes in day to day life.

People appreciate looking at your everyday true natural self, that filterless ugly BEAUTY

.....rather than that one perfect picture.
