Fenwick Ct

I should have walked up your front door

put my hand through the broken glass

but the winter breeze kept me away

said you should be home in your own bed

he’ll be gone in the morning

Don’t you remember, I told you before

I never could speak but I can tell you every detail of how I drown in your eyes

What’s the point now, I already suffocated,

you left another trail

give it a year, it will disappear
