Fear of Judgment
Who needs to be heard when all you do is judge
Let me be the judge of me
I'm speaking and you are'nt listening
You're just judging every word, every movement, every thought and idea
Who needs to be heard by you if all you do is judge
You hurt so many that could'nt be broken
By judging the words they have left unspoken
Because of you the brilliance of many is left in the dark
It's left unspoken and with that unheard by so many other than you
The resentment they feel for not speaking their minds
Will be a constant reminder of fear
Fear of what? Fear of you!
Of your judgment and your opinions shining through
This fear echos through their years
No one can speak past the judgment so they choose not to speak at all
Well who needs to be heard when all you do is judge them
Who needs to be heard by you
