fantasy

it started so sweet,

i actually thought you cared about me.

but now i see these were things you wanted me to believe

we were living in a fantasy, a world of make believe

full of smiles and laughter,

what i thought would be happily ever after.

but your true colors began to show

you turned the fantasy to a horror show.

your eyes as cold as ice

looking at me in spite

you made me feel like a disgrace

like our friendship was nothing but a mistake

that i was just another pawn in your game.
