Falling Short

All I hear is…

Wrong, wrong, wrong

Then tell me where

Did I go wrong?

I try and try

Is it still not enough?

Do I have to do everything?

On my own?

I understand that it’s hard,

But who said you have to do it alone?

I get so close

It’s within my reach

I see it

Taste it

Smell it

Yet I’m falling short…

I need answers now

Tell me where do I turn

Am I stuck?

Is this as far as I can go?

Is this my limit?

I want it so bad.

But still falling short

Am I still repaying all my debts?

If so what do I do?

I want to move on

And forget my past?

Let me move forward, please.

Because you are the reason

I’m falling short.
