The Fallen Angel

drenched in her own sinful passions
the moonlight caresses her silky curves
as she dances with reckless abandon
her bare feet carrying ancient tattoos
symbols of long forgotten midnight rituals
drawing her comfort in the shadows
as she sips from the demons empty cup
of perpetual lies
the acidic sourness burning her crimson lips
corrupted whispers on the wind
swaying through the trees
like an evil symphonic score
shackling the innocent world with it’s
lack of redemptive ways
no cause for eternal devotion
as she looks to the blackened sky
